What is the Sasquatch Variable?

Despite centuries of stories, decades of research, hundreds of eyewitness testimonies, and unprecedented leaps in available technology, the creature we refer to as Sasquatch remains largely hidden from most of the world. Somehow, some way, a creature which is described as being six to ten feet tall and would seem to weigh hundreds of pounds has managed to convince a large portion of the human population that it simply doesn’t exist.
